Please help us in honoring Sigung William (Bill) Penca on his 40th year in the Martial Arts.
Sigung is a Master in the Art of Fu Chen Kung Fu and studied under Sijo Dr. Stacey Shook. Sigung is always furthering his knowledge by exploration in the many areas of the Martial Arts from philosophy and theories to forms and weaponry. With his in-depth knowledge, Sigung has always graced us with his teachings.
